As a sound engineer, Chris uses his musical experience and production skills to arrange and create auditory adventures. Over two decades of performance experience as a guitarist, along with a solid formal education in musical studies and engineering has led to Chris’ lifelong commitment to music. With roots in Denver, Chris started his career playing live gigs ranging from Big Band and Blues to Funk and Neo-Soul, all while developing his skills in live sound and engineering.

In 2014, the music scene lured him to San Francisco, and a year later, he joined Hyde Street Studios as an engineer. Now living in Los Angeles, he continues to focus on combining his love of experimentation with a passion for analog gear. He helps create, recreate, and experiment to transform simple sound into something you can’t help but listen to over and over. Chris enjoys working with all types of clients, listening to their needs and fully committing to creating a musical journey of their own.

Chris has worked in the studio with:

Rza, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa, Cappadonna (Wu Tang Clan) Leslie Odom Jr, Mario, Ryan Mcdermott, Bobby Brackins, Nic Nac, Angelo Moore, Traf Lewis (Parliament Funkadelic), Too Many Zooz and many more.
